    Position description

    The Department of Philosophy (https:// philosophy.ucsd.edu/) at UC San Diego invites applications for a temporary lecturer to teach undergraduate courses in ethics, philosophy of science, history of philosophy, or philosophy in general. This includes leading classes, assessment of student work, meeting with students outside of class in office hours and/or appointments if relevant, supervising teaching assistants, creating a syllabus and maintaining a class web site on Canvas. The appointments may vary from part time to full time. Positions are available starting Fall Quarter 2023.
