This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role/position
Working as part of the FICS Business Support team, the primary role of this post is to provide PA and administrative support to divisional Directors. A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities will be essential. Providing high-level administrative support to the designated Directors, you will have excellent inter-personal skills, be highly organised and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
You will be a customer focused individual with the ability to prioritise your workload appropriately and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail, accuracy and strong written and oral communication skills are all essential requirements for the role, as is the ability to demonstrate confidentiality.
This role will primarily be based at our Streatham Campus however, travel to other campuses in Exeter (St Luke's) and Cornwall (Penryn) may be required.
