Personal Assistant to the Dean of Business and Economics (at the rank of Administrative Assistant I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 531136), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
The Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Hong Kong is dedicated to excellence in education, research, and community engagement. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support the Dean in achieving the Faculty's goals.
Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to the Dean of Business and Economics, the appointee will play a crucial role in facilitating the daily operations of the Dean's office. Proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills are essential in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The appointee will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information;
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes;

Compensation and Benefits:
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for AAI and 10% of basic salary for AAII.
