Job description
Full time and fixed term (maternity cover)
Loughborough Sport is looking for a maternity cover who is dynamic and passionate to lead our Athletic Union work and some performance programmes.
Working as part of a large leadership team you will bring experience plus the organisational skills and energy to continue to drive the work with our Athletic Union clubs to continue to provide a high-quality student experience both on and off the field of play, and manage some of our sports programmes to achieve their individual and team performance goals.
Inter disciplinary working is an essential part of our philosophy and the role will lead this approach across several of our performance programmes. Personal development is actively encouraged through this role and experience across all areas of Loughborough Sport is possible.
