You consistently show initiative and excel in both independent and team-based work. With your strong problem-solving and communication skills, you effectively analyse data and clearly communicate your findings, both verbally and in written reports.
About the Role
As a Performance Monitoring Analyst, you will collect, validate, and analyse research performance data to support the strategic goals of the University. You will play a key role in shaping the University's responses to research evaluation exercises. You will also contribute to integrating quality and impact measures into the University's data collection processes, helping to guide performance-based funding decisions.
About the Business Intelligence and Planning Unit
The Business Intelligence and Planning Unit(BIP) is a central unit reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. BIP contributes to corporate performance reporting, and provides key support and insight for management decision making. BIP works in partnership with internal and external stakeholders focusing on the current and emerging needs of the organisation delivering value through good planning, teamwork and the intelligent use of information.
