This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy People Services team. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide a comprehensive, professional and customer focused service to the schools and departments within the University.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is keen to develop a career in HR. You will be required to manage a diverse and varied workload and be able to demonstrate your ability to expertly plan, prioritise and work to strict deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to process large volumes of data accurately. You will also be proactive, flexible and have a customer-centred approach. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player who will contribute fully to the effective running of the department. Educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English, you will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy HR environment and have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
