We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Advisor to join our team at Bond. Reporting to the People Business Partner, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in HR by:

  • Supporting Faculties and Offices to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored IR/ER solutions and advice.
  • Ensuring compliance with university policies and legislative regulations.
  • Assisting with performance appraisal, probation and performance management processes to drive employee development and growth.
  • Supporting recruitment processes to include advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent management,
  • Contributing to a wide suite of other HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

About the person

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years relevant experience, a strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations as well as the proven ability to interpret policy and provide sound IR/ER advice. They will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience in operating HRIS and Payroll systems.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $80,787.14 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
