The Opportunity
We are seeking a Payroll Compliance Specialist to join Monash HR, supporting the delivery of the Quality Assurance (QA) program, with a focus on achieving compliance with pay and benefits for academic and professional staff.
This position reports to the Director, People Operations and contributes to payroll specific objectives of the QA program including enhancing the University's capabilities and integrating best practice quality systems by influencing approaches and encouraging the adoption of recognised models.
