The University of Saint Francis is excited to announce the search for our next Payroll and Benefits Administrator.

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Payroll and Benefits Administrator Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will report to Director of Human Resources and will have responsibility over the area(s) of Payroll and Benefits ensuring the university’s Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for assisting the Human Resources department in advancing the university’s efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership and accountability, proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, approach employees with patience and service-mindedness, maintain accuracy under tight payroll deadlines, continuously seek process improvements and efficiencies, and stays current on employment law and compliance requirements.
