    You are an expert relationship builder, and you thrive utilising these skills to develop and maintain strategic relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You are a skilled communicator who can deliver presentations as well as provide analysis and write reports.

    About the Role

    Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of UniSA Business internship programs, including the identification and negotiation of internship opportunities with industry, and the design and implementation of supporting systems and processes. This is a strategic outreach and liaison role between Business School students who are seeking internship opportunities, academic staff who will manage the academic assessment of internship learning outcomes, and host organisations.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Postgraduate qualifications in business or a relevant discipline, or demonstrated significant equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in generating new business and managing strategic relationships
  • Experience working in, or with, industry relevant to the teaching programs of the University
  • Strong commercial and/or project management experience in a complex organisation
  • Demonstrated experience developing and documenting systematic approaches to work processes and a commitment to continuous improvement
