Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Serves as a role model and motivates students to achieve and assists with
their academic needs
Attends all tutor training and required meetings
Completes tutoring reports
Monitors student's progress
Guides students to use the educational software at the labs
Performs other duties as assigned
Salary:
The Part-Time Tutor provides academic tutoring to students.
Qualifications:Must have completed a college-level course in the tutoring discipline with an A or B.
Special Knowledge/Skills:Commensurate within the Texarkana College pay scale for position.
