Part-time Executive Officer in the Centre of Buddhist Studies (Ref.: 524667) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 2 years' administrative experience in public or non-profit making organisations. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; and IT proficiency. Experience in financial management would be an advantage.
The appointee will be responsible for supporting the Centre's research administration and development, including administration of research grant applications and funding schemes, project management and preparation of project-related materials. He/She will also provide support in programme matters; donation matters, take on new initiatives; and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
