The Role:
We have an excellent opportunity for you to join the team as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Deputy Director and Assistant Director of the HR Division. In this role, you will manage the working day of both the Deputy and Assistant Director, using your knowledge, initiative, and judgement to anticipate their needs and manage their time and work efficiently and effectively. Working alongside the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director of HR, we will look to you to be proactive in:
Taking ownership of the shared and personal email inboxes, which includes: Reviewing emails, drafting and sending responses and/or proactively collating supporting information or documentation to enable responses. Prioritising actions. Drawing attention to urgent matters. Reading agendas for meetings, ensuring all relevant documents and files are available.
Managing communications with senior members both internally and externally, supporting meetings, attending and taking notes where required.

We offer hybrid working. For this role we would expect an average of two days per week to be worked in the office; flexibility would be required as the days could vary dependant on business need.
