Technical Training Center Specialist – Routesetter will be primarily responsible for maintaining a high level of safety within the Technical Training Center facility. Routesetters are responsible for creating and maintaining the excellence of the Technical Training Centers core product. Routesetters must have an understanding of climbing, allowing them to create a quality, fluid and universally enjoyed product that meets our member and guests' needs.
Required Qualifications
• Previous climbing experience is necessary. • Familiarity in belaying, tie in knots, and general climbing equipment is required. • Must have the ability to climb 5.8 on top rope. • American Red Cross CPR/AED and standers first aid certifications
