Job Duties	Provide leadership for teams. Participate in all pre and post camp activities. Supervising and monitoring students, planning and facilitating team time activities. Managing behavior. Observing, guiding and managing TAs interaction with students. Maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment, and serving as big brothers and sisters to both middle and high school students.
