Climateworks Centre is an expert, independent adviser, acting as a bridge between research and action to accelerate the transition to net zero emissions for Australia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Are you passionate about creating a low-carbon future for Australia and the world? Do you have the skills and experience to lead the development and implementation of Climateworks' organisational strategy? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Organisational Strategy Lead role at Climateworks Centre.
As the Organisational Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for shaping Climateworks' strategic goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with our mission and funding needs. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team, the board and the Senior Leadership Group to develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for Climateworks' impact. You will also support the organisation's portfolio of programs and initiatives, applying a big picture, systems change approach and fostering collaboration across teams. You will also play an important role in supporting teams across the organisation through providing common language on strategy, transparency on the portfolio of initiatives and identifying shared outcomes across teams
