Operations Manager – Student Accommodation

Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a. depending on experience)

Unipol Student Homes is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to provide dynamic leadership to a team of housing managers overseeing a mixed portfolio of student occupied properties ranging from developments, to shared student housing (HMO's) and housing for students and their families.

As the primary driver of operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer experiences, optimizing health and safety standards, and fostering a culture of excellence.

With responsibilities including strategic management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, performance management, compliance and risk management, and continuous improvement, you will lead by example to ensure the success of our operations.

You will have a strong operations management background, team leadership experience, and financial acumen. Your experience should be complemented by outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus and an ability to inspire and motivate teams. A full UK driving licence and the willingness to work flexibly on occasions is required.
