THE ROLE
The Operation Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Perioperative Department by performing a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring safe patient outcomes.
This includes responsibilities such as providing porterage services, managing theatre linen supplies, performing cleaning duties, and assisting with intraoperative theatre tasks, including transferring and positioning patients on the operating table.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Operating Theatre Assistant to join our dynamic team in the orthopaedic theatres on a casual basis.

Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in intraoperative theatre duties (such as patient transfers and positioning) or a willingness to learn
