  • About the Role

    As an Online Lecturer and Course Facilitator, you will contribute to the design, development and teaching of engaging course curricula and materials for the online program. You will implement teaching approaches that maximise the student experience and learning outcomes, whilst contributing to the recruitment and development of teaching staff within UniSA Online. You will work with academic staff within Academic Units to support the development and delivery of curriculum for online programs within Construction Management.

    Critical to the success of the role will be establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders across the University to ensure that UniSA Online identifies and responds to strategic opportunities, and effectively leading and mentoring academic staff within the teaching team.

    This position is based in Adelaide and does not have capacity to work remotely.

    Within the University of South Australia, the Online Lecturer role holds the title of Online Course Facilitator.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Construction Management, Contract Administration and Construction Business experience
  • Membership in construction-related professional bodies is desirable
  • Experience and proficiency in undertaking teaching duties including the design and preparation of online teaching activities and resources
  • Demonstrated competence in using information systems that support online learning and course administration
  • Understanding and experience in using a range of contemporary teaching methodologies, including the ability to develop supportive learning environments
