Office Manager/Funding Boards Administrator, Advancement Alumni & Development Office

UCC wishes to appoint an administrator to the role of Office Manager/Funding Boards Administrator. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Advancement/CEO of Cork University Foundation the post-holder will be responsible for the management and professional administration of the functional area and manage the professional administrative support team to ensure the KPIs are delivered. The postholder will monitor the delivery of operational plans and drive internal communications across the team. This role will support the Director of Business Development & Advancement/CEO of Cork University Foundation, will help co-ordinate Cork University Foundation Boards' activities, and will ensure efficient office management for the Advancement function.

Appointment may be made on the Admin III (Grade 6) Salary Scale: €58,493- €69,837 (Scale B) /€55,693-€66,456 (Scale A).
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
