| Job Description Summary: | The Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law work study program may consist of a full range of law clerk responsibilities including legal research, drafting briefs, witness preparation and courtroom assistance. In addition, students may have the opportunity to participate or assist in trial preparation, observing court matters, and attending witness interviews or testimony. The eligible work-study position must be with a federal, state or local public agency or private non-profit organization where the work performed is in the public interest. |
