Are you passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace? Do you thrive in a proactive environment, driven by evidence-based practices? We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Health Nurse to join our small but dynamic team dedicated to improving occupational health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational health services, including health assessments, screenings, and immunisations.
  • Support the development and delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practices in occupational health and wellbeing.
  • Offer advice and support on work-related health issues, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs.
  • Requirements :

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a qualification in Occupational Health (or working towards one).
  • You have proven clinical experience.
  • You are computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft office.
  • A strong passion for health promotion and employee wellbeing.
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Keen interest in staying current with new health and wellbeing research and trends.

  • The nice to have:

  • Experience of health surveillance/screening
  • Experience of health assessment
  • The ability to review data and identify trends
