Multimedia Assistant (at the rank of Senior IT Assistant/IT Assistant) in the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 526623) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Technology or a related discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English; good communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also possess solid knowledge and hands-on experience in setting up and managing multimedia production studio and audio-visual equipment. Preference would be given to those with demonstrated competence in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, live streaming platforms, digital media technology, photography, and cartoon animation.
The appointees will be responsible for event support, day-to-day technical support, multimedia development and maintaining learning environment facilities and services. Shift duties after normal office hours and on weekends may be required. Those with less experience may be appointed as IT Assistant.
