    Buildings and Property Division are the stewards of our beautiful campuses.     The Opportunity

    We are seeking a Modelling and Reporting Analyst to provide a range of analyst services to support the business and strategic needs of the Planning group within Buildings and Property (BPD). Reporting to the Manager, Spatial and Asset Data Analytics under broad direction, you will play a lead role in developing, maintaining and continuously improving strategic asset and building data, models and processes, ensuring best practice data collection, storage and reporting methods are implemented.

    You will be responsible for:

  • Developing data driven solutions and reports through machine learning and statistical models
  • Handle, clean and interpret data sets, assessing data relevance and integrity to ensure compliance to relevant benchmarking standards
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations of statistical and/or technical analysis to varying audiences through reports and presentations
  • About You

    As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field along with relevant experience
  • Experience in developing data analytic tools to support data creation, automation and translation processes
  • Strong experience in creating dynamic online reports, utilising data analysis and visualisation tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
  • Ability to rapidly learn and evaluate technical information to synthesise meaningful conclusions and make recommendations
  • Highly-developed communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional documentation and presentations and interact with a diversity of stakeholders
