  • About This Opportunity

    The Mobile Services & IT Equipment Coordinator undertakes the activities required to support the Service Operations Managers including assistance with knowledge management, IT Equipment administration and supporting and coordinating the University's fleet of mobile devices.

    Key responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with Knowledge Management, intranet activities, mobile services, and operational tasks, including reporting and website updates.

  • Provide support to UQ customers on mobile device usage and monitor the Unifi eProcurement catalogue for accuracy.

  • Assist with equipment procurement, disposal, and records, and assist Service Operations Managers as needed.

  • About You
  • Possess an undergraduate degree in business administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and training.

  • Capable of working effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service, with strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and Teams; capable of using SharePoint for documentation.

  • Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills, with an ability to proactively identify and resolve issues while continuously improving processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of organizational policies, corporate financial systems, IT Service Management frameworks, and SharePoint intranet maintenance.

  • Experience with managing relationships and collaborating effectively with external service providers.

  • You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
