About the role

The MBA Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the successful recruitment of a talented and diverse cohort for our MBA programmes. The role primarily focuses on the full-time MBA programme, working closely with the Recruitment and Admissions teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the student journey from inquiry to interview, offer, acceptance, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and offer holders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and represent the MBA programme at events, recruitment fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • We are looking for someone with experience of engaging in discussions with a range of stakeholders and building relationships. The candidate will be empathetic to student motivations and needs. Experience of working alongside marketing teams to communicate changes to markets would be ideal. This role relies on accurate data storage, so a strong commitment to accuracy and timekeeping is essential.
