Method to assess remote work: Work will be assigned and tracked through the project management system, Wrike. Projects are regularly monitored for timely completion and deadlines. Students will have weekly one-on-one meetings with their supervisor to review workload, projects, and progress.

Job Description

  • The Digital Strategy team in University Marketing and Communications seeks to fill two Marketing Web Assistant work-study positions.
  • These positions are responsible for helping maintain and update the content on antioch.edu and affiliated digital properties to enhance its online presence, engage prospective students, and strengthen communication with current students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative, and technically savvy individual with a passion for writing and the web.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a web content management system (CMS), preferably with knowledge of platforms like WordPress.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teammates.
