  • Your new role Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a drive to make a difference? If so, we want you to join our University Marketing team. Due to an internal promotion and upcoming parental leave, we have two opportunities to join the team in two Marketing Manager, Acquisition roles, to oversee product marketing for the Faculty of Humanities, and Faculty of Business & Law.

    As the Marketing Manager, you will lead our acquisition efforts and play a critical role in promoting our cutting-edge courses to prospective students both in Australia and internationally to drive enrolment growth. You will build strong relationships with Faculty staff to understand their priorities and provide them with strategic and tactical marketing advice. You will also collaborate with other University Marketing teams to enhance Curtin's brand and reputation amongst priority external audiences.

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and extensive marketing experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and plans, demonstrated brand management skills, and strong advertising experience.
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills with experience in building and managing relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
  • We are seeking an experienced individual who can own the development and execution of effective marketing strategies for our Humanities and Business & Law product portfolio to meet business objectives. Efficiency in campaign management, a collaborative approach to working and strong stakeholder management skills are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a versatile multi-tasker who is able to leverage their expertise to develop effective marketing strategies that are implemented across teams.
