  • About the Role As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives across the Communications & Marketing function. You are responsible for coordinating integrated content production and marketing activities across the postgraduate marketing squad, including liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders. The role includes coordinating and generating highly engaging content across multiple mediums and platforms, employing high-level storytelling techniques to attract prospective postgraduate students. The role will deliver project management tasks including timelines, tracking of project activities and deliverables, reporting and other project management tasks as required.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating integrated content production and marketing activities across the postgraduate marketing squad, including liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Ideating, creating and editing engaging content and campaign assets across paid media channels, website content, emails and other touchpoints
  • Delivering project management tasks including timelines, tracking of project activities and deliverables, reporting, and other project management tasks
  • Providing creative input, administrative coordination and planning skills across marketing and campaign activities
  • Who we are looking for We're looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build, establish and maintain relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. You will work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a rapidly changing and agile environment. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses excellent organisation skills and the ability to balance priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    You will also have:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, finance, business or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives
  • Ability to produce campaign creative assets and content for various publication channels
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or other video editing software
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics and/or other marketing technology platforms is highly regarded

    This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to- date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
