About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Domestic Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for increased contact and promotion of the University's values, services, programs and distinctive attributes to prospective students. You will coordinate the University's secondary schools and other prospective student outreach programs and contribute to the development and implementation of student recruitment marketing activities.
About the Communications and Marketing Unit
The Communications and Marketing Unit's (CMK) role is to raise the profile of UniSA and enhance the understanding and recognition of its strengths and diversities; internally, externally and internationally among key target groups including staff, students, graduates, prospective students, government, media, business, professions, other educational bodies and the wider community. The Unit plays a critical role in contributing to the growth of the institution's brand and profile, as well as delivery of the University strategic action plan.
The Domestic Student Recruitment (DSR) team is responsible for managing the University's domestic prospective student outreach programs and communications. The team engage with secondary schools, attend career evenings, organise a variety of events, manage stakeholder relationships, conducts the annual Open Day series and provides an enquiry management service for prospective students. The DSR team manages University wide activity at the ‘one-to-one' end of the student decision making process.
