Marketing and Programme Officer (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Cultural Management Office (Ref.: 526890) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with demonstrated musical knowledge and a deep passion for music, with relevant work experience in arts organisations. They should have a strong sense of responsibility; an outstanding command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and IT proficiency. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and WordPress is desirable. They should also be self-motivated; attentive to details with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to prioritise tasks and multitask; and be able to work independently and under pressure. They are required to work in flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary.

The appointee will assist in organizing cultural performances and learning events; liaising with ushers; developing and implementing advertising/publicity/digital-marketing campaigns; maintaining website and databases; handling ticketing matters; providing general administrative support to the office; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
