You are highly strategic and analytical, and have a strong understanding of complex issues related to education equity. You are able to work collaboratively at all levels within the organisation to enhance opportunities and success of students from equity groups and those who are under-represented in Australian higher education.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Academic Services Officer, you will lead the strategic planning, and development of a University of South Australia Student Equity framework, and implementation of university wide programs and initiatives that support improved student access, participation, and success for underrepresented and educationally disadvantaged groups. You will also lead the strategic coordination, monitoring, and reporting on performance against the University's equity targets in order to meet all internal and external reporting requirements.

The Chief Academic Services Officer (CASO) is a member of the University's Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) and is responsible for leadership of the Academic Services portfolio. The portfolio is committed to the delivery of high quality, integrated academic and student services to facilitate a student's journey from enrolment to graduation.
