  • Play a key leadership role in a newly established central team, helping shape how student administration services are delivered across the University.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving service excellence that supports student enrolment, progression and overall student success.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across ANU to improve systems, policy and processes, ensuring high-quality services and compliance across the student lifecycle.

Position overview

The Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) Division within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education (DVCE) portfolio contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle.

The Manager, Student Education Support role will be responsible for the broad oversight of student related support services including enrolment and progression; credit; complex degree advice and developing relationships with key stakeholders across the ANU Colleges.
