Manager/Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, HKU-HKJC ESG Research Institute (at the rank of Executive Officer/Clerk I/II) (several posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref. 524642) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years' full-time work experience for Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant roles, and a minimum of 4 years' full-time work experience for the Manager role, preferably in finance, event management, communications, or business development in a tertiary institution. They should be a self-starter with a positive attitude; an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and the ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, and work well both independently as well as in a team. Fresh graduates with good academic background would be considered as Executive Assistant.

The appointees will provide support to the HKU-HKJC ESG Research Institute in managing finance, organising events and engagement initiatives, and assisting with business development efforts. They will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointees will work at the HKU campus and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to Mainland China and abroad occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
