The Manager of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion & Anti-racism (EDI & AR) will play a significant role advancing the commitment by leading and coordinating initiatives aimed at promoting an equitable and inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, students and members of the university community.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Anti- racism, the Manager will work with Research Assistants and the EDI & AR team to meet the objectives of the Office of EDI & AR.
The Manager will possess subject matter knowledge and that of institutional models, policies and frameworks for addressing EDI in university settings, as well as an understanding of TRU's existing inclusion landscape intersections, and interdependencies of its communities. The Manager will develop mixed- methods EDI research projects as well as an evaluation framework to track the success of initiatives.
