About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Business Programs.
The Manager will oversee Programs within the VET Business Portfolio, encompassing Business, Finance, Event Management, Justice, Library, Sport, and Education. A key aspect of the Manager's role will involve enhancing the Department's profile and reputation by fostering relationships with Industry, government, and within the VET and Higher Education programs at Swinburne.
Reporting to the Director of BDMICT, the Manager will provide strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and innovative learning and assessment practices. Additionally, the Manager will spearhead activities and initiatives tailored to student cohorts' needs while adhering to Swinburne's quality standards in program development and delivery.
