We are looking for a Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) to join the Communications and Public Relations Team in the General Office of the School of Public Health (“the School”) to oversee the communications and public relations functions of the School.
The School is home to six academic divisions, over 400 staff and postgraduate students, the BASc in Global Health and Development Programme, the Master of Public Health programme, and a number of research centres. We are committed to protecting and enhancing health for all people, through research, education, knowledge transfer and public health advocacy.
The Role
We are looking for a high-calibre appointee to lead a small team and support a spectrum of communications and public relationships initiatives of the School, with major responsibilities including:

What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
