Objective of this post:
The principal objective of the post is to lead and participate in the development, direction, teaching, facilitation and examining of the Medical Professionalism Education Programmes at RCSI. The successful candidate will assist in the development and delivery of a Postgraduate Diploma/Masters Programme in Professionalism. RCSI is seeking a professional who is passionate about teaching, would like to experience working as an academic in a multicultural environment, who demonstrates initiative, openness and resilience. The successful candidate will demonstrate energy, initiative and excellent organisation and communication skills.
The post- holder, will be based in the Centre for Professionalism in Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and will develop, teach and help coordinate Medical Professionalism teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The successful candidate will also contribute to research-related projects and initiatives and the supervision of Doctoral Research Students on MD and PhD Programmes.
