The role
1x Continuing, Full Time position (Level B/C)
1x Fixed Term (up to 2 years), Full Time position (Level B)
Level B/C - $110,525 to $155,639 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Bathurst
As the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Engineering, you will use various
approaches to develop and deliver effective and impactful teaching in the
Engineering programmes.
You will actively contribute to the Engineering discipline and serve as a role
model to our students through a range of research, professional and scholarly
activities. You will also collaborate and provide support to colleagues to
develop and deliver the innovative new Engineering discipline at Charles Sturt
University.
You will have experience in an area of mechanical engineering (e.g. dynamics
and control, manufacturing and machine design, thermal sciences) and be able
to teach into our mechanical and/or civil engineering subjects. Chartered
Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent is desirable.
These positions are required for face-to-face teaching on our Bathurst campus
and therefore remote work options are not available. A generous relocation
package may be offered to the successful candidate to assist with relocating
to Bathurst to take up this job opportunity.
