    About the Role:

    We're seeking to recruit a high calibre academic to work in the School of Computing and Information Science (CIS) based at our Cambridge campus. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct teaching and research in general computing topics and have specific interests and skills in Embedded Computing, including Arm technology. Distance learning delivery expertise will be an advantage. This position will also require the preparation of funding bids for research funding, to generate external income, supervision of research students and the development and maintenance of collaborative links with industry.

    With a PhD or near completion (within 18 months) and a strong background in computer science, you'll be creative, motivated, with an enthusiastic approach. You'll have a record of academic achievements consistent with your current career level.
