Worcester Business School is expanding with growing numbers of students joining our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Over the past year the Business School has experienced the successful recruitment of an unprecedented number of international students and there have been new courses launched in both its UG and PG programmes. As a result, the Business School is seeking to complement its existing HR and Leadership staffing by recruiting several new lecturers in the areas of HRM, Leadership and Organisational Behaviour.

This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague to join Worcester Business School's Department of Management and Finance and to help us deliver excellent research and teaching to support our growing Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes. The successful candidate will inspire students and work collegiately to contribute to the School's aspiration of developing further our capacity of delivering modules in the areas like HRM, Leadership, coaching & mentoring, or organisational behaviour.

You will need to hold an appropriate academic qualification and have contemporary knowledge in related subjects and the successful candidate is expected to be able to do research, supervise and lecture in these areas.
