Applications are invited for appointment as Lecturer in Economics in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 526422) , to commence on July 1, 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should possess a master's degree or above with at least two years' teaching experience at tertiary level or professional work experience, and have good teaching skills. The appointee is expected to provide high-quality teaching in the area of Economics.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.
