About the Role Join our innovative Bachelor of Design (Fashion) program at the Department of Architectural and Industrial Design! We are seeking a passionate Lecturer in Fashion Design to deliver engaging content in core units such as sewing, pattern making, draping, garment construction, sustainability, and digital technologies.
As a key contributor to curriculum development, teaching, and research at Swinburne's School of Design and Architecture (SoDA), you will enhance the student experience and deliver exceptional graduate outcomes. We are looking for a candidate with strong traditional and nascent digital fashion design skills, industry connections, and insights into the evolving fashion landscape.
In this role, you will be recognized as an emerging expert, known for innovative teaching and research. You will also engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, forging connections with academic disciplines, industry partners, and government entities.

Qualifications An earned doctoral qualification or significant progress towards attaining a doctoral qualification in Fashion Design or associated field, or professional practice equivalence.
