Department of Social Policy and Social Work
Extent: 20–40 hours / week

Job description:
teaching in Bachelor and Masters programs (full-time/part-time study);
supervision of the Bachelor and Masters theses;
Required qualifications and competencies:
a university degree in personnel management, psychology, andragogy,
economics or close;
focus on personal development;
an ability to provide teaching in Czech and English;
an ability for teamwork.

Masaryk University: copies of evidence of formal qualifications, a summary
of publishing activities for the last five years in the structure used by
the RIV, a list of science and research projects he has led or
participated in;
list of taught courses and number of supervised Bachelor's and Master's
theses;
concept for a Bachelor's course focusing on leadership - in English.
concept for a Master's course focusing on HR in the non-business sector -
in Czech.
