We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning and Organisational Development Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce.
As Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of an excellent learning and development programme at the University of Bedfordshire, ensuring our staff have access to inclusive, engaging and relevant learning initiatives across the year.
Passionate about helping others to thrive and perform at their best, you will play a key role in design and delivery of in-house learning initiatives (face-to-face and eLearning) for leaders, managers and staff. You will role model our values and leadership qualities and drive cultural change and organisational effectiveness through all learning and development initiatives.
