Junior Financial Systems Administrator
Finance Division, Great Clarendon Street, Oxford
The Financial Systems Management team at Oxford University is looking for
a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Financial Systems Administrator to
join our innovative and dynamic team.
As part of the Financial Processes, Systems and Assurance team , you'll be
at the heart of maintaining and administering the University's critical
financial systems, including Oracle Financials EBS 12.2.9, SAP Concur
eExpenses, and IBM TM1. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth
operation of our financial infrastructure, and you'll contribute to exciting
system-related projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide expert user
support.
What You'll Do:
Master Financial Systems : Develop a comprehensive understanding of
all Financial Systems Management (FSM) processes, from security setup to
system performance monitoring.
Support and Maintain Systems : Help manage the configuration,
security, and user access across Oracle Financials, SAP Concur, and TM1,
ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Deliver Exceptional Service : Respond to user inquiries and support
incidents, working closely with our Financial Systems Support Centre
Helpdesk to resolve issues and provide top-notch customer service.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement : Identify potential process
improvements, collaborate with your team and subject matter experts, and
play an active role in advancing our financial systems.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices : Uphold the highest standards in
data security, process management, and compliance with the Data Protection
Act 2018 and university protocols.
