Vice President of Student Services: Serves as the Chief Student Services Officer for the College and provides supervision for Counseling and Social Services, Student Life and Development and Housing, Student Conduct and Title IX, Financial Aid and Veteran's Services, Success Coaches, Student Support Services/TRIO, Enrollment Management and Promise Program, and Registrar.
The salary range for this position is $118,273.59 to $197,122.65 .

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
30% Provides strategic leadership to the Counseling/Social Services, Student Life and Development, Housing, Student Conduct and Title IX, Financial Aid and Veteran's Services, Success Coaches, Student Support Services/TRIO, Enrollment Management and Promise Programs, and Registrar departments; maintains a highly trained and motivated staff to achieve departmental goals and promote student success. 20% Recommends, develops, and implements strategic goals and student success policies, procedures, and practices which foster and promote student learning and success. Oversees the development and implementation of appropriate reports and publications.
15% Serves as a member of the executive leadership team and advises the President on policy development and other issues pertaining to student access and success at the college. Collaborates with Instructional Services, Business Services, Information Technology Services, Human Resources, and Community Engagement to ensure and promote a total student experience
15% Manages compliance for all student services divisional areas and ensures the accurate and timely reporting of public data for college programs and activities in area.
10% Ensures development and management of the divisional budget.
5% Represents the college by participating in various state and local councils, committees, boards, professional organizations and community groups.
5% Performs other job related duties as assigned.
