Job Description
Reporting to the Employer Engagement Strategist (EES), the Job Developer (JD) will collaborate closely with the Career Learning and Development (CLD) Employer Services and Career Advisor teams. The Job Developer is responsible for developing regional, national and international internships, field practice, co-op and career opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Under the guidance of the EES, the Job Developer will manage RRU's employer contact database and job posting portal, Career Roads. The JD work will primarily be externally focused, engaging community partners and employers in developing work-integrated learning and career opportunities. They will also support CLD's career event initiatives and help further the university's community engagement goals.

This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at MPT-B with a salary range of $67,872 (minimum) to $79,754 (midpoint) to $91,637 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
