La Trobe University is seeking a strategic and innovative consulting professional to join our Strategy Realisation Office (SRO). Positioned as an internal consulting practice, the SRO plays a key role in driving end-to-end strategic initiatives across the University by partnering with our functions and business units. Our small team strives to make a large impact, focusing on strategy enablement, operating model review, and complex analysis. If you're a dynamic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role will challenge and reward you.
You will be responsible for driving complex strategy projects, using your skills in problem solving and logical structuring, while building long-term relationships within and beyond the team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work alongside senior executives on some of the most challenging and transformative programs and projects. You will be expected to proactively lead workstreams, challenge conventional thinking in a thoughtful and evidence- based way, and provide support and guidance to your colleagues.
