An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month Fixed Term to join the Finance department providing leadership to our financial operations teams as we strive to provide exceptional customer service and develop our processes to support and enable Aston's exciting 2030 strategy.

You will lead a team of 10 covering all aspects of Finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial systems. You'll be the ‘front-of-house' lead for the finance team, building relationships with our varied stakeholders across the organisation. You will be a chartered accountant or equivalent, with a proven track record of designing and successfully implementing operational finance strategies policies and processes, delivering quantifiable efficiencies and improvements to service levels. You will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of developing people and building highly-effective, resilient teams.
